Guidelines

The regular abstract submission is now open.

Please carefully read the essentials for abstract submission as improperly drafted abstracts will not be considered for presentation.

All accepted abstracts will be published in the scientific program. Abstracts that have been previously published or that are under consideration as an abstract for another meeting will be rejected.

Applications can be submitted via email on [email protected]

Abstracts must be written in English, contain no more than 300 words, and have a title that expresses the purpose of the study. Abbreviations should be avoided in titles but may be used in the text if they are defined at first usage.

Abstracts should be as informative as possible

Objectives Give a brief description of the study’s objectives or the tested hypothesis.
Methods Include the studyplace, participants, diagnosis or treatment, and statistical analysis

used. References should be provided in the text if necessary.

Results Present as clearly as possible the outcome of the study and statistical significance if appropriate.
Conclusions Briefly discuss the outcomes and emphasize the significance of the study.

Please note your abstract will be reproduced precisely as it is provided, so please make sure it is free of spelling, grammar, and scientific errors. One image may be uploaded; this image will not be deducted from the total amount of words in the abstract text.

Poster Submissions

A maximum of 3 abstracts may be submitted by each author. If the author is not the presenter, a presenter must be added. A presenter can present up to 3 posters during the congress.

Conflict of Interest

Abstract submission must be accompanied by a declaration of any potential conflict of interest for all authors.

Changes and Corrections

Correction of abstracts cannot be accepted after the submission deadline.
